Easy Shipping

Our shipping is easy and affordable! We offer 100% free flat-rate shipping to the United States, but the speed at which you receive your pieces may vary depending on the jewelry you’ve chosen. This is because we carefully source our jewelry from artisans all over the United States and Canada, and each one might take a bit different time to arrive in your hands. Some pieces are even handmade to order. This also means your jewelry may arrive in multiple packages.

But in general, your jewelry should have a shipping time between 1-10 days, with 1-2 additional days getting processed at the artist’s shop. This means you can expect delivery around 2-12 days from the time you place your order. Believe us, it’s worth the wait!

No-Stress Returns

We want you to love your jewelry, so our returns are friendly and easy. We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked return policy from the date of purchase on our jewelry (and some up to 30 days!). 

However, because all our jewelry is sourced from different artisans, the return policy and instructions can look a bit different for each piece. 

To start a return, or if you have any questions about the return policy on your particular piece of jewelry, please email us at info@blueirisjewelry.com with your order number and the jewelry you wish to return, and we will be happy to help. No stress, we promise!

We don’t generally do exchanges, as we have usually found it easiest for you to simply return the piece you have and buy the new one you love! 

Returned jewelry should be sent back clean, undamaged, and with original tags, (don’t forget you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs), and we definitely recommend using a tracking number to be sure we received your return. If the jewelry was damaged, defective, or incorrect, please provide photos in your initial email so we can make it right!
